Founded by William Grant in 1887, Glenfiddich Distillery is still today owned and managed by direct descendents of the founder.
The original, handbuilt Glenfiddich Distillery was completed in 1887 following a year of intense, back-breaking labour by William and his family. William’s dream was to create “the best dram in the valley” and this ambition remains at the heart of Glenfiddich's today.
Laurent has added some excellent new dishes to the lunch menu, with the always popular (and always asked for when it's not on the menu!) Beef Olives (pictured above) making a return, along with some of our all time a la carte favourites such as Goats Cheese Salad and Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (pictured below along with our Mediterranean Tuna Salad) also being available on the set lunch menu.
