Handcrafted Californian Wines

January 29, 2019

When Grayson Cellars was formed the company asked their winemaker to search throughout California's finest growing regions for the best grapes. They then made several small lots of handcrafted wines and gave each a lot number.

Grayson Cellars continue that tradition today with lot numbers for each wine made.

Grayson Cellars believe that their Napa Valley winemaking skills will create some of the highest quality wines at the by-the-glass price point. They believe that the decades of Napa winemaking experience within the company will allow them to create a better bottle of wine at a better price point than what’s generally in the market today.

And indeed, Grayson Cellars wines at priced very competitively at Blend Bistro & Wine Bar.

But that doesn't mean quality is compromised - We believe that as much as Grayson Cellars believe it, and it shows with their red wines being amongst the most very popular choices with our customers.

We currently stock 3 different Grayson Cellars red wines:

2017 CALIFORNIA CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The 2017 Grayson Cabernet Sauvignon shows a dark ruby color with a rich nose of blackberry, raspberries and hints of black pepper. This intense Cabernet is full of artful fruit, provides a round mouth feel and a soft lingering finish with hints of toasted French oak.

2015 CALIFORNIA ZINFANDEL

The Grayson Zinfandel shows a dark color with rich mixed raspberries, strawberries and brambles surrounded by hints of spice including black pepper and bacon. Intense richness carries through on the palate of this full bodied wine with explosive blackberry and vanilla flavors. The wine’s finish is long and elegant.

2015 CALIFORNIA PINOT NOIR

The 2015 Grayson Pinot Noir exhibits a rich color. The aromas are exotic in raspberry and plum with a mix of cherry, violets, and a hint of sandalwood. Flavorful and silky in the mouth with good body, this wine has good texture and a lingering finish with a hint of toasted French oak.
